The room was clean, cozy, and the beds were comfy. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it did the job well and we slept just fine without noise being an issue. I always appreciate a place that doesn’t overpromise and just gives guests a decent, comfortable stay, that feels like the right way to run things

We mostly booked this place because of the waterpark, so I was paying close attention to how everything flowed. Unfortunately, the pattern was obvious after a while: cold water, slow lines, a few areas that didn’t feel very clean, and a couple of attractions not even open. The kids still managed to have some fun here and there, but for what we paid, I expected a much better experience overall

The pool was really clean, and the kids had a great time, you know? The rooms were comfy too, so overall it was a easy and relaxing stay

The location was great, or at least it felt that way to me. It was easy to get to, and I didn’t have any trouble finding it.

The place was okay overall, and the kids did have fun, so it wasn’t a terrible stay or anything. But for what we paid, I expected the rooms to be cleaner and for more things to be included. I also reached out with a couple questions and the replies felt like copy-paste support messages, which was frustrating when I just wanted a straight answer. Not awful, just didn’t really feel worth the price...

The place felt a bit run down. Some things looked worn out. The hallway was dirty too. A few things in the room didn’t work right. It just needs better upkeep.

We stayed here mainly to give the kids a fun break, that’s what made the trip worth it. They had a great time, which kind of reminded me that sometimes the little moments matter more than everything being perfect. The rooms were okay, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for what we needed. Overall, it was a good spot for a family stay

Overall, the customer service was good. The woman at the front desk was really nice and helped sort out our booking issue quickly, which I appreciated. It was one of those things where the dates weren’t showing right, the confirmation didn’t quite match, and we weren’t sure if we’d have to rebook or explain everything from scratch, but she handled it without making it a big deal. I did have to wait on hold for a bit before that, which was mildly annoying, especially when you’re just standing there checking your phone, looking around, wondering if anyone forgot about you, that kind of thing. But it wasn’t terrible. Once someone helped us, everything was fine.

Our room actually could have used a better cleaning. There were dusty corners and some hair in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit gross. The beds seemed okay, but overall the room just felt kind of dirty

We stopped here for dinner after swimming, it was better than I thought it would be. Maybe I was just really hungry, but the food hit the spot. The kids were happy with the pizza, my burger was cooked the way I like it, and breakfast the next morning was easy too. The staff was friendly, which always helps. I can’t really think of anything to complain about.

I was in a good mood the whole time because the staff were genuinely so friendly and helpful. Everyone I talked to made things easy, and it really gave the stay a warm, relaxed feel.
